Terms and Conditions

1. Authorization

• The Franchise is authorized to conduct Abacus Training program approved by the Company.
• All courses, syllabus, software, and certification process are controlled by the Company.
• The Franchise must follow all academic and operational guidelines set by the Company.

2. Courses & Duration

• Courses offered range from 2 months to 24 months.
• The Franchise must provide proper training, lab setup, and qualified instructors for each course.

3. Student Admission & Fee Payment

• All student admissions and fee collections must be done through the Company's official portal.
• The total course fee includes:
  • Franchise Share - training and local support
  • Company Share - brand usage, course content, online system, GST, exam, and practice charges
• The Company automatically deducts its share before transferring the Franchise share.
• Online payments are processed through a third-party service provider. Any charges and fees levied by the provider shall be borne solely by the Beneficiary.

4. Fee & Refund Policy

• All fees paid by students or franchise are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No refund will be made in cases of student dropout, course change, or franchise discontinuation.

5. Examination & Certification

• Final exams and certification are managed by the Company through its online system.
• Certificates are issued only after completion of all exams and fee payments.
• All certificates bear the Company's name and the authorized franchise code.

6. Franchise Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and equipped training environment.
• Ensure students attend daily classes and online tasks regularly.
• Use Company-approved course content only.
• Avoid false claims about government approvals or recognition unless officially provided by the Company.
• Keep all student records updated in the Company portal.

7. Company Responsibilities

• Provide authorized course materials, online learning platform, and exam support.
• Offer marketing materials and periodic updates to the franchise.
• Ensure secure certificate verification and academic monitoring.

8. Branding & Intellectual Property

• The Company name, logo, and materials are the property of the Company.
• The Franchise may use them only for authorized courses.
• Any misuse or duplication will result in termination and legal action.

9. Confidentiality

• Franchise must keep all student data, Company materials, and system access confidential.
• Sharing login credentials or duplicating content is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate the franchise for:

• Violation of rules or misuse of brand name
• Non-payment, fraud, or false representation
• Poor performance or unethical practices

On termination, the Franchise must stop using all Company materials, branding, and systems.

11. Renewal

• The franchise agreement is valid for a fixed term and may be renewed by paying the renewal fee.
• Renewal is subject to Company approval and compliance with all rules.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India only.

13. Acceptance

By submitting the online registration form, the Franchise confirms that:

• All information provided is true.
• They have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• They accept that all payments made are final and non-refundable.
